The White House announced today that President Obama has appointed retired Marine Corps Lieutenant General Dennis McCarthy as a member of the National Commission on the Structure of the Air Force.  The commission was created by Congress to study the current structure of the Air Force to determine whether, and how, the structure should be modified to best fulfill mission requirements for the Air Force in a manner consistent with available resources. “I am really happy to be home and back with my family.  While I always love being with Marines and am proud to have been part of some vitally important work, I am really looking forward to getting back to solving problems on a slightly smaller scale.”
No one was happier to see Mike safely home than his family!

Foreclosure prevention changes might help Ohio

Ohio’s foreclosure prevention program has made changes aimed at helping more struggling owners remain in their homes. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency, which administers the “Restoring Stability” program, said the recently amended guidelines could make more people eligible for mortgage assistance.
